Frequently asked questions
How long does car transport take?
1–3 days in Romania, 3–7 days in Europe, depending on the route and grouping with other vehicles in the same direction.
Is the car insured in transit?
Yes, through the carrier’s CMR insurance. At pickup a photo report documents the vehicle’s condition.
Do you transport non-running cars?
Yes, with a winch platform. Mention the condition in your request so we send the right equipment.
Can I leave items in the car?
We recommend not to: they are not covered by insurance and can affect weight and securing. Fixed vehicle accessories are the exception.
Do you deliver to home addresses?
Yes, if the street allows access for the car carrier. Otherwise we agree a nearby handover point.
