Requirments
√ Experience in international road freight expeditions of at least 3 years;
√ A communicative person, stress-resistant, capable of working in a team;
√ Transport prices knowledge;
√ Know the specific documents needed for the preparation of the transport files;
√ Negotiating skills;
√ Ability to work with deadlines;
√ Analytical and communication skills;
√ Problems solving oriented;
√ Good knowledge of English – written and spoken – German / Italian / French – an advantage;
√ MS Office knowledge, Internet.
Job description
Responsabilities
√ Keep in touch with customers and carriers;
√ Develops the company database by attracting new customers and subcontractors in the best price-quality terms;
√ Negotiate and conclude punctual transport orders / contracts;
√ Seek for the good execution of the transport orders;
√ Track the cargo and ensure that the agreed deadline is met;
√ Provides information flow from and to customers / carriers;
√ Informs the client about the trucks at the place of loading / unloading, verifies the loading / unloading and receives / sends the related confirmations;
√ Optimises transport costs;
√ Find the most suitable transport solutions and communicate the chosen solutions to the customer as soon as possible;
√ Organises transports in the best conditions, respecting the quality and deadlines required by the company’s standards while achieving a net profit for the company;
√ Analyses the prices and cooperates with the team for delivering the transport offers;
√ Follows the collection of overdue invoices;
√ Uses our internal software for data input and transport orders into the system.
